From what Activison says you can't reset without a prestige token. They aren't always right but it appears that this time they have been.

Oh wow that is terrible. I guess I didnt use my last one since everything unlocked at 10th and I already had 5 extra slots. Sucks man sorry to hear

yeah there is a way.. go boost in a lobby and get reported for it. or create a new gt and start over. Otherwise no there is no way to now reset yourself.
